Hidden Springs Property Owners Association Covenants & Restrictions
The Declaration establishes certain deed restrictions, easements, covenants conditions, stipulations and reservations to enhance and protect property values and desirability. The documents are recorded with Bell County Court Clerk and are legally binding. If a homeowner does not abide by the CC&Rs, violation penalties may be imposed.  
Covenant enforcement to establish orderly procedures to levy fines against owners of lots deemed to be in violation.
State of Texas, Certificate of Registration for Salado Hidden Springs Property Owners Association, legal and binding documents and Bell County Court Clerk recoding of such.  
The ACC’s role is to protect property values from possible detrimental impact of uncontrolled design or unapproved alterations.
