Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (also referred to as the ACC) has the authority to grant or withhold architectural control approval. 
The ACC’s role is to protect property values from possible detrimental impact of uncontrolled design or unapproved alterations.  It does this by reviewing and then approving or disapproving homeowners’ applications for such changes based upon conformance of the proposed changes to the architectural standards outlined in the governing documents.

The investment each homeowner has made in the neighborhood is vulnerable to actions of other homeowners in the association. Therefore, the Architectural Control Committee has been chartered to protect the property values from possible uncontrolled alterations by other homeowners.

Board of Directors

Board of Directors are essential to the harmonious functioning of the association. They have the authority to act as an agent on behalf of the members in order to carry out the duties, powers and obligations of the association as set forth in the Declaration.

The Board of Directors volunteer their time and services to perform duties in good faith and in the best interests of the members of the association. They understand and follow the governing documents of the association and act in a positive manner for the betterment of the community. Directors exercise due care and diligence when acting for the association and within the scope of their authority.

Directors diligently and honestly administer the affairs of the association to ensure they do not knowingly violate, or willingly permit to be violated, any applicable statutes, covenants, restrictions or rules and regulations.
